Nearly 20 years ago in Eugene, Oregon High Definition Cleaning Services was founded first on the principles of a Christian faith and second on the values of good business ethics.
My father Chuck was a brilliant business man, who said customer service was everything, and it showed by his actions.
Judy, my mother, was passionate person and was always approachable. She loved people and showed them that she cared. My parents complimented each other with those traits.
After years of listening to them, observing and asking questions I knew what kind of company I would strive to build with High Definition. HDCS is no longer a “mom and pop” operation and continues to grow in excellence. It makes me proud to see my staff grow as individuals and I hold them in high esteem. And it blesses me to give our clients the kind of exceptional service we strive for every day.
